Of course I'm down with trying new products and especially affordable deals. So I was in the market looking for a new brush cleaner for my Coastal Scents brushes. While at K-Mart I came across their e.l.f. product line. Right away I notice their brush cleaner, and price at $2.99. WHAT! You can say that product was bought and took home. I tried it first with my Real Techniques brushes. And I was really pleased with the results. The product got my brushes smelling so good and they felt soft afterwards and my face didn't break out after trying them again the next day. So I highly recommend buying this product.

Kanubia Soul Wave 1 Pack Hair
Because I was such a fan of Kanubia hair, I decided to try the next product in their line. And Oh My Lordie was I in love. I wanted to try hair this time with volume and some waves to it. Kanubia had the perfect hair with Soul Wave.
Same as Elysee, come with the option of two way part.
I wanted some color added in this time. So I grabbed F1B/33 this time around. It was a barely noticeable brown highlights, which was perfect.

Kanubia 1 Pack Hair
I love trying new hair, but don't like wasting money on hair though. I try to keep my hair looking as natural as possible. Sometimes it can get difficult when buying fake hair, especially when you plan on keeping no hair out. While searching at the local beauty supply store, I came across Kanubia hair. That hair seemed so perfect, no hair left out, different styles and different closure styles.
The idea of two way part is so smart. The option of having invisible part or front lace is brilliant!
The free closure piece is the front lace/invisible part.

My Favorite Spring Pink Polishes
Most people hear spring they think of green, when I hear it, I think of pastels. So i was in search of a good kind of pastel and not really pink. As some know I'm not really a pink kind of person, but when I saw these two, I fell deep in love. I found both of these at Wal-Greens for $1.99. The darker pink is Cotton Candy and the lighter one is TUTU. And boy do I do a dance for some candy.

Get Ready With Me
I'm so excited to try out my new Coastal Scent Brushes.
This is my face bare. The only thing I've added so far is my face moisture and my face primer.
I'm still using my Real Techniques Stippling Brush. I say hey why switch when something works so great for you. This brush gets my foundation looking so great and flawless that no other brush seems to do it for me. But my foundation is still Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse. I'm using it all because I'm ready to make a switch but still rather use up the bottle.
I'm trying out the concealer brush. I'm just using regular Cover Girl concealer around my eyes and nose.
Now time for my favorite powder, Maybelline FIT with my Real Techniques Powder Brush. But I'm sad, this my friends is what powder looks like when it's time to switch. I've had it for a year now.
These are the main colors I used for my eyes today from 88 original palette.
This is my finished eye without blush.
I kept my look pretty simple for the simple fact that I was on my way to work and I didn't need to look like a beauty queen for the kids at my job.

Coastal Scent Brushes
So I've been looking for new makeup brushes for a while now. I've been extremely picky in picking out new ones. I didn't want to spend a lot for them, but also didn't want to waste money on a really bad quality either. So after a lot of research, I decided that Coastal Scent was the best route to take. I ordered them on a Tuesday and they arrived on a Friday using free shipping. They arrive really fast with the huge shipping distance it has. From Florida to Illinois, man that's really good timing.
I love the pretty bright pink box they arrived in. That added a great touch and made opening the box feel like Christmas.
The whole order was under $56. The palettes were on sale for $10 and brushes were I believe $32.
I had to get the original because of all the great things I've read about them. I've had some problems with colors but once I really started mixing and playing around, I've falling in L-O-V-E!
In the box came with a few free items. Like the bumper sticker and their business card.
I also received this free sample of eye shadow. The colors are beautiful and I can't wait to play with them.
I also ordered the 26 Shadow blush palette. I really needed to get different color of blushes. I'm really loving the colors and mixtures they put in this palette.
And of course my love Coastal Scents Brushes!
They are so lovely. The texture, the feel, and the density of them is so great. I really have no complaints about them. I was about to order Crown brushes, but once I heard they are the same company, I went with the Coastal just because they came with more for my money.
And for some reason when I went to upload my pictures, my pictures of the brushes went missing. How odd. But for now, hey is a peep show of them.
